Defend Music Welcomes Timmion Records!

We are excited to announce the signing of Timmion Records. Timmion is a Helsinki based record company centered around a group of musicians known as The Soul Investigators.

The Soul Investigators, originally from Matinkyla, Finland, made their first recordings in the late 90s and have worked independently from day one. Timmon Records, founded in 1990, has released a series of albums which range from the psychedelic excursions of Didier’s Sound Spectrum to anthemic soul. Timmion’s catalog contains dozens of entries and shows no sign of slowing.

Their latest collaboration with soul duo Myron & E , ‘Broadway’, was released by Stones Throw Records this past July.
