Venezuelan-American songwriter and singer Kat Meoz, pronounced “May-ohz” (sorry world), has been blaring her garagey blues with an indomitable, quavering tenacity since 2013. Originally hailing from Las Vegas but taking up court in Los Angeles since the early aughts, Kat is often compared to Joan Jett, Janis Joplin, Alanis Morissette and Brody Dalle. Kat is a favorite of legendary radio and talent DJ/Scout, Rodney Bingenheimer, and she can be heard singing  background vocals on Iggy Azalea’s 2018 single “Savior” featuring Quavo. Her latest songs combine her love of Garage and Pop music.
